Booking Fees & Secured Dates
​A non-refundable booking fee of 25% of the total service cost is required to secure a date. The booking fee confirms Elevation Live Band’s availability and allows us to allocate resources and decline other enquiries for the booked date.
Non-Refundable Policy
Booking fees are non-refundable if the event is cancelled or postponed for any reason. No refunds are payable unless expressly agreed in writing by Elevation Live Band at its sole discretion.
Performance Commitment
Once a date is confirmed, Elevation Live Band will provide the agreed services for the event. If an emergency circumstance beyond our control prevents performance, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement act of similar quality. Where a suitable replacement is provided, this does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
How Do You Accept Payment
We accept payment by bank transfer, and our bank details are included on our invoices.
Scope of Services
The Services provided are those detailed in the accepted quote or invoice. Any changes must be agreed in writing.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events outside their control (e.g., natural disasters, government restriction). In such cases, the booking fee remains non-refundable and rescheduling will be offered subject to availability.
Acceptance of Terms
By paying the booking fee, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
